4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

overlayss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can help you resolve the issue quickly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
